January 19: Building Blocks: The City of Muncie’s Prosperity Tracking Platform | Brad King
Join us for a presentation of Building Blocks, the City of Muncie’s property reporting software. Brad King, Planner in the city’s Community Development Department will demonstrate how to use the software to do research that can help identify solutions for your neighborhood’s issues.

February 16: Restorative Justice and Muncie | Sherry Wolfe
Join us to hear a presentation from Sherry Wolfe, M Ed. about Restorative Justice & Muncie. She is trained in Restorative Practices, including Restorative Justice from SEEDS in Berkeley, CA and the Peace Learning Center in Indianapolis.

March 16: Neighborhood Advocacy (Part 1) | Mary Moore
Whether you are gathering at kitchen tables, in library meeting rooms, or at the podium of public forums, our community needs your voice! Join us for an opportunity to explore the ins and outs of neighborhood advocacy as a group of Communication Studies students lead neighborhood leaders in a two-part advocacy training. Part one (March) will explore the best practices of neighborhood activism, and part two (April) will help you put your local ideas into action! If you miss the first session, you are welcome to join us for part two. These two interactive sessions will cover a range of topics, including defining your goals, identifying your allies, building a digital presence, and much more!
